Grad Loh

Grad Loh!

Grad on the 23rd. Parents almost couldnt make it to the ceremony due to my grandma admitting to hospi. but im glad they made it.. =] The ceremony was great. It has been years since i stepped onto the stage and receive an award or so. Haha.. There was quite a few speech given by a no. of people (Directors and so on) but i was so call 'struck' by my fellow course president's (Evelyn) speech on the stage. She was the onli student giving a speech that dae.. and her words did touched me.. Although there isnt much memories for me in TP, but she made me felt i belonged.

I was quite 'sianed' after the ceremony as my dad rushed me back home. He's always like that. and i quickly took a few shots with my sec sch friends, mel and didi and off i went..I didnt return my grad suit as i could not find my receipt.. but luckily i found it at home. Sad that i didnt get a chance to meet the gers as i need to visit my grandme shortly after i return home. Heard that they were going to take the studio pics which i wish to be there as well.. but im nt sure if they realli took one.

4E2 Chalet '08

4E2 chalet last Sun at Aranda!

No wonder the price for booking the chalet increased.. They changed the floor to almost marbled type( but still tiled), changed the sofa chair to a more comfortable one, changed the lightings, changed the TV to flat ones and changed the dining table..

Met QianTing and HongJing earlier in the afternoon to discuss and get some info from HongJing abt her exp frm the TW trip.. after that went chalet at 3 plus.. Luckily we didnt miss XIang Ni they all if nt, wld have to wait for them for quite some time before we cld enter the chalet.. So only left Qianting and me while the first few who reached went to have lunch and get some stuff.. We were abit crazy as Qianting wanted to take shots while she/i was jumping(with the background of the living room) and we ended up panting after a few mins in the chalet.. i Think it's her first time in Aranda, tts y find it big and take shots of all area.. and i dunno why i followed..

Busy to come online until today.. just reg for the Grad ceremony online.. sometimes i feel lazy to go for it but to tHink again, JUST GO.. !

Yesterday was at Chester's house after work.. attending his Birthday party.. Thanks for the enjoyable time.. got to meet the lovable 4e2s.. although we are meeting again on this coming sunday's chalet.. Steamboat and BBQ on the next day.. Whoohoo~ .. Met Yanling and Qianting after work and headed to Chester's place.. we took the wrong bus cuz he didnt tell us there's 2 359 buses.. so we onli reached like near 8pm.. there isnt much food left but its ok... They were playing Wii.. some of them were damn hilarious.. esp wei hao's expression.. shaking the control so violently and his facial expression is HAHAHA.. Had some chat.. knowing wad others are doing currently.. discussed the food for the chalet and so on.. Blackjacked.. my luck wasn't good yesterday.. Cuz Chester's sitting beside me! cuz he wanted to revenge from last chalet so the bad luck all come to me.. haha.. but i got not much money yesterday.. so i bet small but i still lost $7 plus bucks.. nvm.. i will win back this Sun.. haha.. Tired tired.. haven been updating..=X anyway, lazy to realli mention bout what happened for the past few days or weeks.. just all abt work.. work politics.. argh.. hate it.. Dear just came back frm Taiwan 2 days ago.. bought quite a no. of things for me.. Thanks dear.. ^_^ but poor him got to suffer so much during training.. high fever still got to train in jungle.. now worse.. tHink gastric flu.. haiz.. =( anyway, can go Taiwan tgt with dear le.. ! tried to get my friends to join but sadly failed. .. and i tried to ask my parents again whether can i travel with him alone and miraculously, they never even object once this time.. So i MUST go tHis time... but best is some friend go along too.. intended to go Chinatown after sch to look at the offers tour agencies offer.. but must see if dear recover by tml.. hope so.. and tml gg sch to try on grad suit..

Replenish stock at shopfloor often.. and the most important.. work when we are suppose to work..

Unlike my shop.. no system no nth.. some ppl.. really can just fuck off.. i used the word cuz they are realli doing the xtreme.. not to mention who but if u were to know them, its quite obvious.

Work?! Ohh.. it just break my feet.. -___- i feel like my feet are splitting apart each day when it comes to liKe around 7pm all the way till nite.. was so relieved when i reach home.. but my feet was so stiff tt i have to move it slowly to 'flexivise' it.. haha.. and the next day off to work again.. mostly is full shift or almost full shift.. can die.. lack of man power.. can u imagine? out of 6 staff, the most exp is 1 yr exp.. dEn 2nd is 3 mths but he only can work 1 wkday and 1 wkend.. dEn the other 4 incl me and in-charge are all new!!! imagine the cust ask qns.. and we have to ans.. "er.. nt veri sure" or check for the stock for a long time.. and i can tell u tt the storeroom is super messy.. at first i dun realli like finding stock for shoes.. but now tt i got the hang of it, i liKe to find stock for shoes.. haha.. no exp for shoes ma.. got to learn.. its not as diff as i thot.. but eventually, i still chose the wrong shoe for myself.. wrong as in.. not comfortable.. the leather is veri hard and not flexible enough.. make my foot pain.. but its a new design and is consider a higher priced item.. im intending to protect the condition and sell it off after the three months.. lol.. paiseh to change although it makes my feet pain.. cuz after like 1 whole day den realise.. The colleagues ok la.. not bad lor.. tml got one more new staff.. faints.. i just learnt cashier today and ya, i can tell u.. the system sux big time.. not only the pos la.. the whole stall system.. all manual! They never upload the amount of stocks into the system dE.. if wan stock just check storeroom.. if have den have, dun have means dun have lor.. and cannot check other outlets also.. have to call and ask.. luckily they only have few outlets.. ok la.. today learnt cashier can lor.. but i still dun like them putting the sensor tag cuz i got difficult taking out.. =X Yesterday met Ya qin, alan and their friend in the stall .. upon knowing i can give disc dEn bought 2 pair of shoes from me.. haha.. actually alan considering le.. but got disc le sure buy la.. den the friend also bought one.. and ah.. veri funny one.. reach shop 10am in the morning rite.. 11am den open shop.. noe wads in btw? just normal house keeping which, if one person do one, like mop or vaccum or wipe shelving, only takes ard 15 min.. and the rest of the time just slack, eat or wadeva.. somemore.. while working if hungry or wad can just go buy thing to eat de.. as in small thing la.. eat 5 min kind.. can use hp also when theres no cust or dun let cust see.. dots rite.. can eat sweet..can one person open shop.. blabla.. which normally other retails dun allow de.. and the best thing is.. if u work as a full timer.. every season can get 2 pair of shoes, 1 jacket, 4 tops and dunno how many bottoms.. lets say 1 yr.. alrdy can get 8 pair of shoes, 4 jackets, 16 tops and dunno how many bottoms.. which u can choose any of the product u like and normally of cuz the staff will choose the more ex and nice ones la.. and u noe how expensive can one normal item be.. i felt so unfair cuz im working full time shift.. not only i dun get all those benefits but the pay wise too! I tHink im calling the HR to talk about it.. humpf!

Went MS with dear after work today.. although tired but.. go home also sian.. somemore tml off..so just go.. and bought a pillow cuz dun like my current one.. not soft enough.. ate waraku.. yum yum!

Dreamt lots of wierd dreams these few days and i mean ALOT.. realli.. somemore i like.. super tired in the day.. dEn at night i had gd slp but had dreams which i did alot of things which eventually makes me more tired when i wake up.. but i cant recall wad dreams now le la.. but i still rmb some part from yesterday's.. scary too -_- .. i dreamt of steve had some lung illness and keep coughing and died.. (choy la) and somehow is cuz of me.. i cant rmb y la.. but its still fresh when i wake up tis morning.. and i dreamt of jeff too.. being so sweet again.. but i forgot wad we did.. think just normal playing with each other like we did.. but think wun happen ever again la.. shit man.. makes me miss him.. still got other funny dreams.. but forgot le..

Hey hey.. wanted to blog since like the day before yesterday or yesterday but seemed like i was too tirEd.. even now.. but the night is still young.. so decidEd to make an effort to blog now rather than lazying on bed once again..

Alright, let's start first by recalling what was on on Thursday.. Woke up early in the morning at 3.15am.. by right 3.30am but my brain just auto ask me to wake up.. slept at 1am.. couldn't really sleep too.. know why i wake so early? cuz got to fetch dear from the airport at 5am.. Supposed to go out with Yongmin they all for supper the night before.. but not really feeling well.. so i passed it.. and asked Yongmin to drag the chat longer so that he can fetch me to airport after that so that i don't have to waste money on mid-night charge dE taxi!!! Muahhaha.. BUT.. he texted me at 3.20am saying that he already reached Tampines le.. -_- wor.. haha.. dEn he will be at my void deck 5 mins later to pass me my iron eggs he got for me in Taiwan.. dEn after i got from him.. i dEcidEd to change and he will fetch me to the airport.. thinking that he's able to pei me for the next 1 hr.. which in the end he didn't la... cuz of the expensive parking fee at the airport car park, i decidEd not to let him pei me and wait there myself.. it's $0.33 per minute.. $20+ for an hour.. i might as well cab there myself rite.. -___-.. Anyway, thanks Yongmin!!! wad a friend! Hahaha.. So i waited there and played with my new dl HP games until dear come out.. dEn took taxi tgt with his parents back to his house.. He got me couple Tee and one 'name sewed keychain' something like tt.. yup.. and some tidbits for my hse.. dEn still early.. so slept.. so tired but cant really sleep.. until like 10am in the morning.. go eat mac breakfast.. dEar said he want to slack at home.. so slacked..

The service was not very good as we waited years for our drinks.. but the package was actaully 7 to 11pm.. but we go crazy till 12 plus pm the person never chase us out.. maybe we could have stayed longer but some of the gers got to work the next day and it was really late and tirEd for them.. so the day passed like this..

Next up was friday.. supposed to meet Jo at 10.30am as she claimed but as usual, the timing was off.. haha.. Met her up at 12.30pm instead to go for SIM and her overseas uni application.. some time was wasted waiting for her passport size photos, bubble tea-ed and pasar malamed.. so we only reached SIM like 2 plus.. Quite a number of people were there at the Student Recruitment and Payment room.. We took our queue number and it's WOW.. long way behind.. So we just went for a drink at the higher class food court.. Dear met his friend who studied in SIM too.. ehhhh.. sorry i forgot her name though.. got her to talk to us a lil bit abt the diff schs.. Went back to the queue like 3.30pm and it was rather accurate.. A few more to jo's turn.. after her transaction was rather late like 4pm le.. we scared no time to go to IDP for her uni application.. cuz still got to take 2 buses down.. but we tried.. we reached the door step and the plate stated 'closed' and some of the lights were offed.. but the door was actually still opened..so we decided to give it a try in .. and the person was nice to accept the application.. Lucky if not Jo got to go all the way there again another day.. Went Far East which is 2 stops away after that.. met Hazel for the Jap restaurant Wasabi Tei.. OISHI NEH!!! We went there just in time.. cuz the queue after us was Looooonnnnnggg.. unfortunately, me and dear got to sit seperately with jo and hazel.. i had the usual dish.. i had Sashimi set and dear Cod fish set.. while Hazel tried some chicken set and Jo tried some udon and tempura set.. which they claim to be not nice.. hahaha..they ordered an extra $25 sashimi somemore! .. Walked a little and went home after that..

Really tired.. Pushed my bicycle all the way to 201 there for check .. cuz i don't seem to get air pumped into one of the tyre.. so i thought the.. rubber? or wadeva inside rotted.. but when go there and try pumping the air in, the tyre was full le.. haha.. so there's nth wrong with the tyre.. i was the cap which was spoilt as what dear said.. so asked for a new one from the person.. went dear hse and left my bike there.. came out in the evening for dinner.. at KFC tampines.. and went Ikea after that.. TM was too bored and dear wants to see furniture for his future own room after army which was like 2 or 3 months away.. He wanted Queen sized bed, study table, sliding door wardrobe, TV console, and the TV table(i forgot wads tt call), mirror, a rug or carpet, a small coffee table and a 2-seater sofa.. !!! i just think it's too much for a bedroom.. unless his is extra large bedroom.. but it's not.. it'll be compliated if all these things are to be present.. anyway, we sort of got the same thinking of wad kind to buy.. but haven found the type of bed tt we are looking for.. those really low ones.. like one step of staircase height.. and a furry rug which consist of mixed black,white and grey colours.. Tell me if u noe where sells! Saw the rug at courts actually but dear said that that was only for display but i doubt so.. Went to see laptops after that.. OMGWTBBBQ.. im really craving for my lime green Dell lappy now!!!


Went back to Tamp and join the gers at Jo house after that to watch Yi Fang Ban Ting Yi Shui Gang till 12am..

Dear returned my bicycle today while fetching me off.. went AMK hub first to find the wallet that i wan.. wanted to try the fried cheese too.. This is the 2nd attempt to try the fried cheese but failed again.. it was sold out.. damn.. really got to go early next time in order to get a bite of it.. Shopped at Fairprice Xtra a little and bought a little something.. Saw this packet of TOP choc for $1.60 only.. so decided to get for Liu Jing cuz tt day she was just saying she like to eat.. whahaha.. bought sushis too and wanted to get a bench to sit down and eat but we combed the whole AMK Hub but there isn't even 1 seat available.. COMPLAIN!!! Make my leg so tired.. just to find a place to eat my sushi.. -___-.. we settled in food court in the end.. purchasing another cup of drink.. anyway, there was no stock once again for the wallet i fancy.. so ya.. fated.. after that helped my sis shop for bdae present for her junior.. she say anyhow buy.. anithing not more than $10.. so just bought a cute water bottle for her.. and tHen, headed for Ferris Wheel.. !


Too bad, we were not lucky enough to the open top shuttle bus ride.. we got a covered top but open air bus.. haha.. we reachEd ar 5.25pm and decided to sit the 6pm ride.. walked the small garden a little den proceed to the ride.. okay laaa.. nth much lorrr.. haha.. its a 40 min ride.. we were not tt lucky as we got to share with quite a no. of peeps in a cabin.. the ones after us is .. like.. 4 of them noe each other de.. dEn they got no one behind them.. so there's only 4 of them in a cabin.. while ours is like.. estimated 10 in one..

I did quite alot of bo liao thing today la.. i went to search for his friendster and sent him a smile.. did that out of boredom la.. i think he remembers me .. 2nd bo liao thing i did today was to post a discussion topic at WLNY.. Went Airport staff canteen for dinner.. I Dun wanna think anymore.. all these are giving me serious headaches and i tHink im really falling sick soon.. Another quarrel with dear becuz of the job i chose.. and i think i shld just get into SIM ya... Just say im selfish or wadsoever to choose the job.. its just temp.. for these 3 mths or so.. no time to look for another.. or.. ya.. dun wanna think soo much to decide..

alrtie.. wad happened yesterday was that i went for this sucky interview in some ulu ulu place at Changi South.. It's really deep in and there's no bus transport in there.. and even if theres shuttle bus to go in every morning, it does not stop directly at the company or near the company.. we still got to walk quite a distance.. so my consultant was asking me to meet up another candidate at expo to take a cab in together cuz he say we will not find tt place.. luckily we never try to walk as its realli deep in can.. its actually accounting job la.. and both of us actually rejected the job mainly becuz of its accessibility.. unless i drive a car dEN maybe ill take the job.. waste my time onli go there.. somemore super heavy rain can.. even umbrella also no use.. and must go till those industrial park or something.. make till myself so lang bei like tt.. Zzz.. the interviewer somemore sae he has problem finding temp pos cuz all quit within like 2 days cus of the distance thing.. zzz

Anyway, met Joyce and the twins at Orchard after that.. had dinner.. and walk ard aimlessly.. SG so sian larrrrz.. wad can we do without MONEY? haha.. after like dunno wad time.. joyce met her friend for pub.. dEN left me and the twins.. guess wad we did.. we sat at the place where they sell movie tix.. at cineleisure cathay.. got high tables and chairs.. we just sat there and chat and laugh among ourselves without buying any drink or anything.. haha.. pathetic..

came home early.. reach home like 10:30pm.. use net again lor.. and Yong Min was like.. asking me go TW tgt with him tml 14.03.08 to meet Samuel, Kenneth, Shi Ying, Xiang Ni, Joan and Samuel's gf.. cuz they at Tai Zong now.. and will be at Tai pei by 14.. and hes flying over by SIA to meet them.. haiz.. tempt me and make me excited..so was discussing.. calculating fees.. and blabla.. thinking tt if i ask my mum today if she sae can dEn i can pack luggage le.. Eye pain now.. has been using com for long hours lately.. im slacking again.. Melv called ard noon.. asking me go hunt for job tgt.. to me.. hunting for job makes me sian diao le.. but he wanted to go kelly services and since i haben tried Kelly Services dEn guess just go with him ba.. but in the end we never go.. cuz whole day raining.. abit sian.. dEn dun feel like going out.. he also keep pushing the time back.. dEn .. i was like.. aiya.. tml den go or somethign.. hha.. lazy.. so stayed at hm whole day today.. btw, he sae thu he cooking.. dunno true or not.. hope alice or joyce free to go with me.. lols..

Hey... I just fry my boss cuttlefish.. haha.. how to sae.. The job scope was much more complicated than i thoguht and than what i was told during the interview.. somehow felt abit cheated.. luckily i didn't sign the contract during the interview as the real job scope was only realised when 3 of the fresh entries and me started the job training.. Because the interviewer asked if i wanted to sign the contract then or today when i start work.. so i said today.. and luckily she gave us time to think before signing the contract after giving like a few hours of training.. cuz the contract was bonded.. have to compensate 7 days of the pay if the contract was broken.

Well.. i couldnt sleep for the whole of last night mainly because i was too tense for today.. cuz the office and everything was really poshed kind.. dEn its like quite high class la.. dEn also expect high expectation although the interviewer sounds friendly and nice.. Just as i thoght, it was only the mask that one wears.. She told everyone of us to report 10 minutes earlier before work everyday.. and today, the first day, i came the earliest and so on.. there were 4 of us.. 1 was late.. and the interviewer came in, and said in a very strict tone that she cannot allow this kind of attitude and so on.. and it's really serious and strict tone.. totally different from the interview day..she's also the person training us on wadever things that require us to do in future.. and then she goes on and talk about wad the company does and all.. Basically, our job is more like a call centre.. and Customer Service comes 1st in whatever situation.. There is a lot of rules to follow.. as in we got to answer calls on behalf of 200 over companies and each company has different ways of handling calls.. (eg. like if they never pick up the call, we must sms immediately out to their handphone/ some send emails or sms) and if it says immediately, reali must send immediately one lor.. cuz the time of the call will be taken down as evidence as well.. and once the phone ring, u got to see which co. is it and answer on behalf of the company, meaning u ans as if u are from that co. .. and must ans by the second ring... and theres a file for us, and we got to immediately flip to the page according to co. name to find out the respecting no. and person to transfer the call to... and some co. some people we are not suppose to call but the no. is there.. all these we got to know.. means we must memorise la.. Imagine 200 over co. all i must knoe which are the people that we can transfer the calls to.. can die right? somemore, if u direct to the person whom u are not suppose to, u will get scoldings and complains.. sounds scary and stress rite? this is only the first part of the training.. 1st part only i dun think i can take it le.. cuz i hate to answer calls.. furthermore this is helping 200 over companies to answer calls for their fussy customers? NO WAY!

So after the first part of the training, the trainer just ask us to go into one room and think if we can cope and wan to continue or not.. so in the room i was like telling the other gals that i dun think i wanna continue with the job and they were like saying that it will be okay after sometime.. as in the more u do, u will get use to it.. but to me.. its like no use forcing myself to do something i dun like for like 5 or 6 months.. but anyway, when the trainer came in and asked abt our decision, i told her that i will go on with the training and see hows the other job scope first den decide.. she was fine with it la.. so the second section was about mails.. Because some companies or businessman or idividuals signed up packages with the co. and are suppose to help them rec mails and remail out to them if they wan it.. so every morning, we got to collect all the mails for our clients, sort them according to alphabetical order, and record dwn the particulars like how many mails for this co. and from where.. and we are suppose to call each individual company who rec the mails and inform them they have how many mails today.. some will require u to mail to them, some will ask u to discard it, and some will just ask u to open and tell them whats inside.. some who dun prefer calls will require u to sms.. theres realli too much to rmb.. we were tested for both sessions la.. the second session i was given like 4 mails to do.. im not sure bout the other 2 but the last ger got onli 2 mails.. i finished first.. and the gal with 2 mails finished last.. dEn the trainer was like being fierce at her alrdy la.. i dunno wad happen.. like the trainer asked to her count how many mails are there.. and she said 6.. then the trainer sae.. are u sure? den she go over and count herself.. "8 lar! Count also dunno how to count? Haiyo" and she was rather pissed.. Zzz.. ya.. so everything got to react fast la.. so i dun think im that kind of person.. so i told her that im not continuing before going for lunch.. and she asked me into another room for a talk, wanting to noe the reason.. so i told her la.. blablabla.. dEn she was like.. asking me if i wan if she put me over to Ngee Ann City.. cuz theres no call centre there.. or International Plaza.. no call centre also and working by myself, more comp work.. but i dun see the pt la.. as the whole corp is so formal .. anything also canot do wrong.. must work independently.. like not comfortable for me.. nono.. so i rejected all ..and she told me that i was doing well and its a pity la.. but for me.. i rather dun make myself feel uncomfortable, forcing myself to work everyday.. suprisingly after that another ger who was scolded also said she dun wanna continue.. lol.. but the trainer nv try to make her stay in anyway cuz when she was talking to me alone in the room, she was alrdy telling me that the ger was so slow and blabla.. i think she dun hv a gd impression on her ba..

Was thinking quite a bit on my way home on the train.. because before i start working but knew that i got the job, i was thinking bout wad Joyce said.. like why didnt we enjoy ourselves before entering into the the workforce? dEn like a bit regret on finding a job so early and dun think the trip plan can proceed .. that kind of thing.. but then again, when i 'lost' this job, there's a feeling of.. 'Oh no, im out of job again.. how?' Contradicting right? It's like.. so sian diao having the thought that i got to start finding job again? Huh....

Bali lane and Haji lane.. some of the shops are realli unique.. esp one who sell all the so call antiques.. those bags.. necklace, treasure chest, heels.. etc.. omg the boots are realli nice! Den went some.. coffee shop style de stall eat malay food.. ok la.. not bad.. dEn chat.. dEn 9pm i wan to go home le.. cuz tml got work.. my sis at bugis also cuz she acc her friend see Wu Zhun.. so met her go hm tgt with Rod..

The mac delivery call centre dashed my anxiety too.. cuz the pay dropped from $7 to $5.50.. why are they all cutting cost?!?!
