Lots of things

hmm... feel like quite long never blog le huh.. have been busy doing projects recently..started on OM first.. den SCM haben start.. OM doing on Bossini Operations problems.. Omg.. got a hard time distributing the surveys and asking the staff from different outlets to do.. haha.. got.. Tampines, bedok, parkway, hougang mall, and marina square ppl to do.. and got to go those places another dae to collect.. collected le.. ya.. so basically busy with projects , work and school..

Got back results except LCM.. wah.. cool.. the first time got quite good results for all subs.. hehe..=p quite happy and satisfied lor.. but.. i still can't help slping during lecs.. many times i juz feel like skipping cuz there's no point going in and slp.. lol.. but den again.. will feel guilty.. so juz go lor.. this time round.. take for example Wed.. i whole day got Lec.. total 3 lecs.. Jap, MS and LCM.. normally i can take it until MS lec finish.. but this time round i was half aslp during MS lec le.. cannot tahan.. Hai.. dunno.. i juz felt my whole body going to fall apart on Wed.. so 4pm finish sch immediately go home slp le.. till 7 plus wake up.. saw John de msg.. sae he nxt day go work dun have white Tee shirt.. somemore he work full the nxt day and he's sick.. Hai.. so bo bian.. got to go and help him buy.. i bought.. 2 white polo.. cuz he sae dunno 1 enough not... cuz cordilia told him wan to season change le.. so.. dunno la.. sound like veri long den will get Uni.. so i have to go TM buy after my dinner at home.. but i still got the nxt day's accounting tut to do and im so tired! hahah.. no choice.. so faster go after dinner.. den there's no one i know working.. so i juz ask one staff for measuring tape.. cuz dunno wad size to buy.. den Esther IC.. den so funny.. cuz i can measure myself all tt.. den tt staff.. name Jeffery keep wanting to help mi.. den i tell him i parkway de staff.. den we toktoktok.. like tt den noe one more staff le.. haha.. den arh.. Esther do Cashier lor.. den she never give mi the rewards card lor.. den i also forgot.. the rewards card is for every $10 cust spend den will get 1 sticker.. when accumulate to 5 stickers den can get $10 off regular items.. den if i got 5 stickers le i buy 2 pair of socks also good ma... $6*2=$12-$10=$2.. i pair for $1.. also good rite.. humph.. she never give mi wor! den faster go buy his strapsils and go his hse pass him.. and guess wad.. he after that found out his shift next day is 12/8 not full.. =.= if i noe ask him buy himself before work le.. hai.. somemore the next day his IC gave him the Uni.. !!! wad the.. argh.. waste my money.. and he exchange 1 of the polo to a puch and top up some money himself..! Humph.. HAI.. shouldn't he juz exchange something back to mi since he dun wan the other Polo Tee... Grrr.. Although it was said tt the Polos are given by mi.. but tt is becuz when he needs it.. hai.. =.=

So yesterday actually also super tired one lor.. Fri la.. Den Hong Jing they all meeting.. of cuz i wan to meet them ar.. so long never meet le.. den i shun bian go MS collect my survey lor.. wa lao.. my surveys are almost thrown away by Christine cuz no one inform her abt it and it was found on the counter floor when she punch in yesterday.. the Survey was given on Thur and Thur Christine off ma.. den Renee or Chris also nv inform.. =.= like.. so irresponsible lor.. if my surveys realli thrown away ar.. i dunno how i will react lor.. and Chritine complain to mi so much about Renee.. i think Christine also poor thing lor.. have to work with her.. she also stress as first IC la.. and Renee is getting from bad to worse.. As a 2nd IC.. she dunno wads her responsibilities lor.. mess around with staff somemore.. working time anihow anihow go da bao and left 1 stafff in the shop wor.. Sooo soo soo Da dan.. shop floor veri busy also eat inside storeroom and leave it with the staff outside.. somemore it's not her break time.. i was totally stunned.. I'm glad tt im not working at MS animore.. Now PS is getting more aware of MS .. and a lot of other serious things and Ridiculous things she did.. i heard le also.. blank.. realli blank.. Horrible.. but she was still given chance.. i guess she also no mood to continue animore la..

Anyway, after that Hong Jing, Yue Zhu, Xiang Xian and me went starbucks.. Qian Ting joined us later cuz she ended lesson late.. after that they still hungry so went to Yoshinoya eat ar.. den they all eat .. i nv cuz drank a large cup of coffee.. i was seriously veri tired.. haha.. den an incident happened....

This was what happened.. Qianting was having her Chawamushi to the very last bit with 2 green beans when she saw a dead fly inside.. so i asked one of the staff over and told him about it.. A phillipine staff came over i told him that a fly was found inside the Chawamushi.. so he took the cup and brought it into the kitchen.. i guess asking his manager what should he do.. so after a while, he came out and gve us the reason that maybe there's a fly just happen to drop inside while she was eating.. so i told him that it cannot be this way cause Qian Ting saw it immediately after she finish eating.. so he went in again and seek for advise on what to do.. (he was very friendly) and for the 2nd time, he came out and told us the same reason again.. i was quite bu shuang cuz i thought he should iniatiate for a replacement.. so i just tell him "cannot be" den only he ask if we would like to replace a new one.. so i just answered " yes pls".. during the time while we were waiting for another Chawamushi, this indian girl who looks like the manager( wearing yellow uniform, different from all other staff), was holding on to her handphone, playing and helping staff to take photos using her HP.. and she was talking to her staff about me with her eyebrows frowned.. It's so obvious that she's talking about me cuz we're seated right in front of the counter and directly facing her and her colleages.. what's worse is that when i look at her, she still continue to talk and POINT at me even though im looking alright.. so ridiculous.. so when the chawanmushi comes, i asked the staff for a feedback form.. in the end, he handed mi a blank A4 size paper, saying that they ran out of feedback form so he ask mi to write whatever i like in the paper.. but in my heart i was thinking.. So coincident feedback form run out meh? so many ppl wans to feedback ar? and hong jing they all also say.. A4 size paper.. they can just throw in the bin after i submitted.. quite true.. but i just wrote down whateva i witness.. and i handed over to the staff after i finish writing... and guess what??? That indian girl just grabbed the paper and read it infront of me with frowned eyebrows! So Rude right??? She's gonna get it from me.. Just as we were to leave, that indian ger came up to us and ask who wrote tt letter and i owned up.. den she said to mi.. that she is not the manager den she pointed another staff, saying he then is the manager..
I was very angry then.. whatever and i jus walk off.. but after that i was thinking.. If she is not the manager, then why is her uniform more formal and different from others? and why is she the one who came up to us and explain and argue while the "manager" she said was standing there smiling so politely and he was wearing the yellow colour polo Tee juz like other staffs.. and his name tag is just.." Yoshinoya Chromel" Chromel is his name.. and not to mention, the girl has no name tag.. very clever huh..
She think she took off the name tag can avoid being complained? the whole Yoshinoya only she different Uni lor.. dunno her name also easy to describe..

I was just so pissed off by the Indian girl and whatever position she is.. She's going to get it from me..
Problems:
1. If this kind of situation happens, the manager should first come out and apologise and initiate for a replcement rather than asking the staff to do so. somemore 2 times the same reason.. sounds like excuses... Esp when they are so free..
2. Staff should not take out their HP and play with it when they are working.. (at the counter somemore) Even thought there is not much customers.
3. It was so rude for staff to talk about customers sitting in front of them..and pointing at the customers.. ( so obvious!)
4. It was also so rude to read customer's feedback form in front of the customers.
5. She is not wearing her name tag.

I'm going to complaint her.. FOR SURE

So after that went for Cell grp lor.. hao lei... den on my way home buddy msg mi ask mi sat morning work.. super sian.. tt means have to trouble Cong Xin to meet mi in the morning to pass him the survey forms.. luckily he's not late.. hehe.. he's a cute China guy in my class.. everytime tok to him will auto "roll tongue" haha.. den.. hai.. Xm was late for work.. luckily Queenie let her in 10am.. hai.. xue mei and John.. luckily met gd IC.. if not a lot $$$ fly away becuz of being late.. haha.. so this morning 4 hrs at Isetan.. Sian.. only did 4 memos.. somemore is tt kind of $10 per memo.. lol.. after work rush down for BS.. was late still .. hai.. cuz we wanted to catch a taxi from Bedok.. but after a long wait, we still decided to take MRT cuz no taxi.. so.. quite late for BS lor.. grr.. dun like to be late.=.= but this week de BS quite long also.. cuz last week de cannot finish.. yah..

After 1 touch, Queenie yelled and stop mi.. and tell mi softly that the cust tried before.. and i gave a scream or some funny reaction i think.. SHIT! and i was like.. wth.. ! after that the cust put it back herself.. of cuz she didnt know wad was going on.. but she's a fussy cust alright!.. i dun like to handle indian custs.. they all the same..always sae.." What do you have? Show me.. open and show me.." Even when the staff are attending to other cust and the indian cust's hands are so free.. they still wan the staffs to open and show her.. as if she got no hands?! and the way they say it... grrr.. =.= and wa lau.. i touched the panties..! and stupid Queenie was laughing like hell.. grrr... So immediately after doing tt transaction i rushed off to wash my hands with SOAP! after i came back Queenie still laughing.. haiz.. Use my hand touch her face den she noe.. laugh laugh laugh.. Even till today she still scared of my hands! lol.. and she thinks tt it's so funny that she's gonna tell all the staff about this incident..=.= tian ar.. She said she wanted to tell mi at first.. but got no chance becuz i was busy foing cashier and telling about the promotions.. hai..=.= den yst last min got 1 cust come in and buy till $450+ .. which result in us close shop only at 10.30pm.. she bought so many that me and queenie take the effort to calculate the most worth it way to maKe payment becuz of the Rewards card promo.. hai... den today after close shop i trying to touch her with my hand.. den she keep siam-ming.. we likE crazy like tt.. den laugh till cannot stop.. so chuan~ phew

Stress

Im so stress... Hai.. after i came home.. i juz .. lie dwn on my bed and.. juz.. tear abit.. at first.. i didnt know wad im stress abt.. juz felt stressed up.. Maybe i kept thinking about my proj deadline.. and i feel tt we are still in a mess in doing the proj.. and always got to work and other things.. no time to do proj.. den veri tired everyday.. stress... and ya..

after that he called.. and sae wadeva..den ok la.. y nid to be so fierce.. as if it's my fault ? i juz dunno how cuz queenie asked mi to buy in the afternoon.. and it's so late when we buy .. den dun have le.. den like.. argh.. nvmm.. i'll juz pay! super frustrated or stress... It's got nth to do with mi.. If u are in a bad mood den dun everytime let ur mood affect how u treat innocent friends! He juz doesnt know little action matters.. i also dunno wad he thinking la.. sometimes so gd sometimes so bad.. hai.. sometimes sae dun care also liKe tt.. I DUNNO! So i watched my first soccer match in my life seriously.. lol.. wan to vomit blood.. the Togo team like dunno how to play one lor.. whahahhahahhahaha.. den last 3 min Swit still score .. and the result was 0 - 2.. lost out $10 lor.. haha.. aiya nvm.. i onli play for fun nia.. not going to play more.. like so wu liao.. haha..

Wads wrong today?

I've been online for liKe half an hour but i was not given a chance to blog even if i was at this page for quite some time.. Msn windows juz keep popping out.. haha.. ok.. decided to ignore for the time being..alright.. i was quite confused and.. vexed about this coming Sat... cuz this week my family members all busy .. so cannot celebrate Father's Day.. den they sae pushed to next week Sat.. but i got service wad.. somemore .. like.. this Sat is friendship connection week.. and like.. Grace is expecting us to bring friends and have a break through la.. hai.. and actually wanted to follow mummy to Malaysia also.. hai.. tt one not realli important now le.. the thing is that i cannot go for Sun svc even if i dun go for Sat svc.. cuz of work orh.. den somemore.. if i dun go on Sat svc like.. very wad ma.. and wad if i got friends to bring also.. hmm.. hai.. quite stress to bring friends also.. not becuz of wad la.. but.. abit diff i think.. but will try to call or meet up some.. if possible la.. i also want them to come ar.. den it's like last week Cg outing to sentosa i asked 16 ppl den only like 7 of them responded lor.. ok ar.. of cuz i didnt call all 16 ppl.. cuz tt time i having my term test ma.. den i like juz sms them lor.. but 1 msg is 2 or 3 msges lo.. i forgot.. hai.. den some dun even reply.. but at least managed to call some and met up a few la.. cuz after term test got 2 days like tt free ma..
den somemore now like.. my schedule also like.. super pack lor.. my proj i feel tt .. like haven start like tt leh.. although we discuss till like.. wah.. like finishing like tt.. haha.. so im abit worried also.. Now thinking about Sat prob.. how.. but i think most prob will go for svc one lor.. but my sis always say those kind of words like very wad orh.. =( Hai.. juz hope tt in some way or rather.. i'll be able to attend both la.. =)

Yesterday chatting with Puppy when i got home..our first phone chat.. puppy love... until 12am like tt den do abit of my proj research on Bsn history... sian.. hahaha.. den actually managed to invite puppy down for Cg de!!!... BUT.. HAI.. today Boon Hoey plan schedule.. he must work 12/10 or wad.. so cannot go cuz he working.. hai.. it's becuz of mi eh.. cuz i must work morning.. den aiya.. no place for him morning liao la.. sian lor.. =(( I very difficult den manage to get him come with mi one lor.. =( hai.. hai ..hai..

Today work Full shift.. =.= morning do cashier all the way till 5pm de break.. shag.. hai.. i dunno wad wrong with mi today orh..the stupid sticker thingy + fussy customers is giving mi a lot of trouble.. den actually void a few transactions lor.. which is NOT GOOD.. haha.. aiya.. den very blur orh.. veri bu hao yi si to ma fan the IC also.. den so busy and messy ar.. plus the shop songs and the outside stage thingy events so loud + outside UOB bank promotion got dunno wad lucky draw or wad.. so loud.. all plus together..= headache.. my 2nd break puppy taKe over mi.. finally .. so after my break.. First of all , wanna thank God that He cleared my worries! Finally settled in a project grp... Cuz most of the grps already formed.. somemore i join tt grp is acutally they say they wan to keep the grp small and alreadi started a bit.. but somehow or rather they accepted mi ! Really wan to thank them and God.. I know He did the work! cuz i was praying quite hard for this problem that worries mi.. and dunno y feel the "scare" this morning while walking to the bus stop to sch.. so juz keep praying... and by 2 plus.. the day before was Cin Hong's(puppy) birthday.. so we went to his chalet.. went with Stella after PM... and we were early.. there's only puppy's bro,sis, sis bf,god sis and his buddy and him la.. His sis's attitude was terrible.. realli pissed off by her attitude.. i described eveything till so detailed yesterday when i blog.. but now.. dun think i wan to.. Anyway, how can she talked to mi and Stella like that? Afterall we are invited guests wad.. How can she talk in such a way that.. dunno.. even if she not in a gd mood.. im not very close to her either.. and shouldn't she be the one who organise all the things rather than asking her to help her with the food like defrozing ourselves.. unpack and bbq ourself? I dun mind helping la.. but the way she ask us to do is like an order.. Very bu shuang her attitude.. but i kept quiet la.. think if Queenie were there she sure give black face one lor.. Today woke up at 8 am to complete my entrepreneurship proposal.. school at 1 to 3.. den dad and mum pick mi up in sch to go for doc's appointment.. and guess wad! i saw the wrong date.. suppose to be tml 3.15pm.. so.. since i went den.. see doc today.. but have to forfeit the $10 deposit.. and have to pay another $10 deposit for next appointment.. =.= cuz i tml also cannot make it if it's 3.15pm.. so yea.. waited very long also... by the time take medicine is already 5 plus liao... =.= tired la.. after that dad ask what i wan to eat... he sae wan go the FATT WENG there eat the Hor Fan.. but den i dun wan.. den he sae wad about Yu Tou Lu... i also dun wan.. i wan eat Sum soay .. he sae also can.. yay.. so long never eat.. Staying at home alone on a Saturday feels wierd... hmmm... nono.. is.. not going to church on a saturday feels wierd.. and yea, there's a difference..=) Finally decided not to go Kbox with 1B22.. cuz i remembered today is a Saturday! and Sat Kbox is so expensive that i can't afford to pay.. Boohoohoo.. but again, i miss them so much.. Thinking back.. the amount of fun and nonsense we had.. argh.. just can't have the same thing in T02!(present class) .. My class now is just okay onli.. Maybe we all didn't get to know each other well.. and we the time we spent together is just during tutorials.. Tues went movie with John.. Yesterday.. yesterday worked morning to 2pm.. simply tired la.. cuz dunno y the night before can't slp.. den slp alittle la.. never slp well lor.. den have to wake up so early to work.. den super hungry also la.. cuz no break.. den 2pm le.. bua ta han.. wan to eat something.. den also kenna delay time a while la.. den still need to wait for boon heoy check bag.. she toking on the phone den need to wait for her finish.. by the time 2.30pm le!.. den Estee and Jessica juz nice break time.. den go with them to opp the hawker eat.. faster had a plate of bee hoon den rush to church le.. cuz suppose to reach at 3pm to queue.. i think i reached ard 3.30pm.. was on the bus to Bedok.. den xm msg mi sae wan to meet cuz she late...=.= forever late..

Wahhhhh.. so long never online le! every night slp at 2 plus wake at 6 plus.. almost working everyday.. realli bua tahan.. But.. i manage to attempt all my tutorial questions for all subs.. *claps claps* haha.. i mean if it was last time i didnt even care about my tutorial h/w.. but now at least even i am reali veri veri tired after the whole day of sch and work, i still stay up late to do my tutorials.. although most of the time i did half way and fell asleep.. but i still tried la.. want to thank God for the dicipline that He has delivered to mi.. hope can continue like this..
I was physically worn out for the past few days.. Luckily Buddy let mi off today.. This one day which i can slp late.. woke up this morning like 9.20am.. not bad.. Although tml work afternoon shift, but still got to wake up early to do my tutorials.. Hope can finish all subs by tonite and tml morning.. so that weekday no need to stay up late to do..
